The Gilchrist Mansion will have 4 Private Residences and a 4 Car Carriage House
At completion, the Gilchrist will have 4 separate units of varying sizes. There will be one 1-Bedroom; two 2-Bedroom; and one 3-Bedroom units available for rent. There will be two units (1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom) located on the main floor. The two upper units will each have their own private elevator that will take the tenant from the main floor to the 2nd and 3rd floors respectively.
Common Space
You will be welcomed by the grand staircase at the front, as well as a less ornate staircase in the back. The back door entrance will be only steps from the private carriage house for your vehicle, equipped with facilities for an Electric Car charger.
